Intellectual Property Policy

NeatoPOD respects the intellectual properties that you own as well as those of other parties. By using our service, you agree to respect the intellectual properties of others as well and will only upload artwork which you own or have the rights to use, display and resell. All artwork must comply with the right of publicity, trademark and copyright laws.

Illegal and Improper Content

We will remove artwork that are obscene, and/or promote or praise illegal or otherwise harmful activities, terrorism and/or individuals, groups, organizations or parties that promote any of such illegal and improper activities.

Hateful Content

We will remove artwork that attack and/or express hate towards any individual, group, and/or protected characteristics such as but not limited to race and ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability and religion. We will also remove artwork that promote or praise individuals, groups, organizations or parties that attack or express or promote hate.

Ownership of Content

You as the user retain all rights and title to, as well as responsibility for your artwork at all times. By continuing to use our service, you represent and warrant that you own the artwork or have obtained all of the necessary third-party consent, rights, licenses and permissions (including but not limited to consents and permissions from owners of any elements that are used in the artwork).

You will not infringe on the rights of any third party, including any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or moral rights of any third party.

It is your responsibility to comply with local laws of the places where you ship orders to.
